| 고후 2:1 | 그러나 내가 이것 즉 내가 무거운 마음으로 너희에게 다시 가지 아니할 것을 스스로 결심하였나니 | | But I determined this with myself, that I would not come again to you in heaviness.

| 고후 2:2 | 내가 너희를 근심하게 하면 내가 근심하게 한 바로 그 사람 외에 나를 즐겁게 할 자가 누구이겠느냐? | | For if I make you sorry, who is he then that maketh me glad, but the same which is made sorry by me?

| 고후 2:3 | 내가 바로 이것을 너희에게 쓴 것은 내가 갈 때에 기쁨을 얻어야만 할 자들로부터 근심을 얻지 아니하려 함이었노라. 나는 너희 모두에 대하여 확신하되 나의 기쁨이 너희 모두의 기쁨이라는 것을 확신하노라. | | And I wrote this same unto you, lest, when I came, I should have sorrow from them of whom I ought to rejoice; having confidence in you all, that my joy is the joy of you all.

| 고후 2:4 | 내가 마음이 몹시 괴롭고 아파서 많은 눈물로 너희에게 썼나니 이것은 너희가 근심하게 하려 함이 아니요, 내가 너희에게 더욱 넘치게 베푸는 사랑을 너희가 알게 하려 함이었노라. | | For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote unto you with many tears; not that ye should be grieved, but that ye might know the love which I have more abundantly unto you.

| 고후 2:5 | 그러나 어떤 사람이 근심을 일으켰을지라도 그가 나를 근심하게 하지 아니하고 어느 정도 너희를 근심하게 하였으므로 나는 너희 모두에게 지나친 부담을 주지 아니하려 하노라. | | But if any have caused grief, he hath not grieved me, but in part: that I may not overcharge you all.

| 고후 2:6 | 그런 사람에게는 많은 사람에게서 이같이 벌 받은 것이 충분하니라. | | Sufficient to such a man is this punishment, which was inflicted of many.

| 고후 2:7 | 그런즉 너희가 오히려 반대로 그를 용서하고 위로해야만 하리니 혹시 지나친 근심이 그런 사람을 삼킬까 염려하노라. | | So that contrariwise ye ought rather to forgive him, and comfort him, lest perhaps such a one should be swallowed up with overmuch sorrow.

| 고후 2:8 | 그러므로 너희가 그를 향해 너희의 사랑을 확증할 것을 내가 너희에게 간청하노라. | | Wherefore I beseech you that ye would confirm your love toward him.

| 고후 2:9 | 너희가 모든 일에 순종하는지 너희의 증거를 알기 위해 내가 또한 이런 목적으로 썼노라. | | For to this end also did I write, that I might know the proof of you, whether ye be obedient in all things.

| 고후 2:10 | 너희가 어떤 사람에게 무슨 일이든 용서하면 나도 용서하노라. 만일 내가 누구에게 용서할 어떤 일이 있어 그것을 용서하였다면 내가 그것을 용서한 것은 너희를 위해 그리스도를 대신하여 한 것이니 | | To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;

| 고후 2:11 | 이것은 사탄이 우리를 이용하지 못하게 하려 함이라. 우리는 그의 계략들에 대해 무지하지 아니하노라. | | Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

| 고후 2:13 | 내 형제 디도를 만나지 못하였으므로 내가 내 영 안에서 안식을 얻지 못하여 그들과 작별하고 거기서 마케도니아로 들어갔노라. | | I had no rest in my spirit, because I found not Titus my brother: but taking my leave of them, I went from thence into Macedonia.

| 고후 2:14 | 항상 우리를 그리스도 안에서 승리하게 하시고 우리를 통해 모든 곳에서 그분을 아는 냄새를 풍기게 하시는 하나님께 이제 감사를 드리노라. | | Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

| 고후 2:15 | 우리는 구원받은 자들 가운데서나 멸망하는 자들 가운데서나 하나님을 향한 그리스도의 향기로운 냄새니 | | For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:

| 고후 2:16 | 한 부류에게는 우리가 사망에 이르게 하는 사망의 냄새요, 다른 부류에게는 생명에 이르게 하는 생명의 냄새니라. 누가 이런 일들을 능히 해 내겠느냐? | | To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?

| 고후 2:17 | 우리는 하나님의 말씀을 부패시키는 많은 사람들 같지 아니하고 도리어 순전함에서 난 자같이, 하나님에게서 난 자같이 하나님의 눈앞에서 그리스도 안에서 말하노라. | | For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.
